Mr. Watts is a native of Jackson, MS. He has been in the construction and facilities industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the SCSC staff, Mr. Watts served at Jackson State University as Executive Director of Facilities and Construction and Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at Alcorn State University.

Mr. Watts holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Jackson State University. He is also a member of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA).
