Before joining the SCSC, Ms. Leach served as a Legal Consultant with the Department of Community Affairs, providing legal counsel and support to housing assistance programs.  Ms. Leach has worked in private and public sectors representing children and families in juvenile, family, and education law. Ms. Leach is a Teach for America Corps Alum and served as a classroom teacher for five years.

 

Ms. Leach received her bachelor’s degree from Howard University and her law degree from the University of Georgia.
